Single Session Therapy

Single Session Therapy  (SST) is a brief therapeutic approach that aims to address a specific issue within a single session lasting up to 50 minutes.

What to expect from SST

You will receive an invitation to complete a brief questionnaire before our session. This will help us to focus our time and create an action plan to resolve a specific issue. SST offers help at the point of need. Our focus is on your goal for the session - we will collaborate to identify the issue, explore potential solutions and implement strategies.
